The much-awaited 2020 Emmy Awards is happening today, but due to the ongoing pandemic, the ceremony will be virtual. Sadly, this means missing out on seeing some of our favorite celebrities, like Jennifer Aniston, grace the red carpet. Nevertheless, the 51-year-old actress has been nominated for the seventh time tonight, and we’ve compiled photos of her six past appearances at the event.
Jennifer first attended the Emmys in 1995 when Friends received its first nomination for Outstanding Comedy Series. She then returned to the show’s red carpet in 1999, 2000, 2002, and 2004 with her ex-partner, Brad Pitt. Jennifer only had one other appearance at the Emmys in 2003 when she went with a friend.
In 2002, Jennifer won the award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series, adding another feather to her illustrious career. Although we may miss out on seeing these famous faces in person this year, we can still reflect on their previous appearances and appreciate their exceptional fashion sense.
Jennifer Aniston received numerous praises for her depiction of the character Rachel Green, which led to her being awarded Outstanding Comedy Series for the popular television series “Friends.”
